Starting in August of 2020 we rented a booth at Rustic Raven’s Antiques, Oddities, the Unusual, Wine & Gifts in Rosholt, WI. We really like it there and sales have been very good. Here are some pictures from our booth.

GINGER CREAMS
Hi everyone. Yes I am still around. Just have been very busy. Here is a recipe for Ginger Creams that my mom used to make. She passed away on May 21, 2017 at the age of 95. Whenever I make these I think of her. GINGER CREAMS 1 cup butter, 1 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 2/3 cup dark molasses, 1 cup lukewarm water, 1 tsp. soda, 1 tsp. ginger, 1/2 tsp. cloves, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1 tsp. salt, 3 cups flour.
Cream butter and sugar together well. Add eggs, beating well after each addition. Add molasses. Mix soda with water and add alternately with sifted dry ingredients.Pour into a greased 10 x 16 x 1 inch pan at bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. or until done. Frost with powdered sugar frosting.

HARVEST GATHERING SWAP

Farmhouse Summer Swap
I recently participated in a swap hosted by Amy of Bumble Bee Lane. My swap partner was Vicky of Paintspots and Splinters. This is what she sent.
There was warm vanilla sugar shower gel, a very cute rooster, a tablet, small rooster pillows, spiced pumpkin sachet, apples, a wax star, and some yummy smelling french vanilla cafe soy tarts. Harvest Swap 2015
I recently participated in a fall swap hosted by Amy of Bumble Bee Lane. My swap partner was Jessica from Blessings in the Country. Here is what she sent.
The cute owl was made by Brenda of The Rusty Thimble. Jessica made the pumpkin, the candy corn and the cross stitched pillows. The framed Happy Halloween was from Twin Creek Primitives. There was a yummy smelling Pumpkin Crumb Cake candle, Pumpkin Spice tea and almond soap that she purchased locally.I love everything.Thank you once again Jessica. Here is what I sent Jessica.

I made the scarecrow, cat trick or treat bag ornament, painted the pumpkin box, and made the crow for the bowl filler. I included a couple of recipes using pumpkin, fall magnets made by my neighbor and Pumpkin pie melts that I purchased.
I made the Autumn Blessings pillow, my daughter made the crow recipe cards and I purchased the crow cinnamon melts and primitive tablet. Thanks Amy for hosting this fun swap.
